Tentative Map and Site Plan Entitlement process for 3 Blocks of Condominiums, Apartments and Commercial buildings.  Block 1 is 88 condo units and retail, block 2 is 252 condo units with retail, and block 3 is 480 condo units.  All three blocks are podium level construction over two levels of underground parking.  Final engineering for the all three blocks including demolition, preliminary grading, off-site street improvements, sewer, water and storm drain improvements, and topographic survey.  This project will be LEED certified with the US Green Building Council.

Westgate Pasadena  Condominiums (Block 3) – Pasadena, CA

Final engineering for the Block 3 project including rough grading, shoring,  precise grading, street improvements, on-site sewer, water and storm drain improvements, final tract map and survey for 480 condominium units, a park, recreation center and landscaped courtyards.  The project consists of 4 levels of residential units over 2 levels of underground parking.  This project will be LEED certified with the US Green Building Council.

The Crossing Apartments, Anaheim, CA

Tentative Map and Site Plan Entitlement process 312 Apartments and 39 live/ work units in Anaheim.  Final engineering for the project including rough grading, shoring,  precise grading, street improvements, on-site sewer, water and storm drain improvements, final tract map and survey for the podium construction project.  The project consists of 4 levels of residential units over 2 levels of underground parking, with one additional on-grade residential building.  This project will be LEED certified with the US Green Building Council.

Villa Dorado Apartments – San Diego, CA

Field survey topography and final engineering for a 55 Acre existing apartment complex in Calabasas, CA.  The scope of work includes schematic design, precise grading and improvements and topographic survey for 9 areas within the site includes 5 recreation pool areas and 4 entries.

Asante Villas  Condominiums– Moreno Valley, CA

Field survey topography for an existing apartment complex in Moreno Valley.  Final engineering for the conversion of the apartment complex to  147 condominiums including the construction of new buildings, a recreation center and gated entries. The plans scope of work includes demolition,  rough grading, precise grading, street improvements, sewer, water and storm drain improvements, final tract map and survey.

Metropolis Podium Condominiums / Wrap Apartments – Irvine, CA
